LAUBY LURES ARCHIVE
Archive standards and reuse
How evidence, corrections, privacy and image reuse are handled by the Lauby Lures family collection.
Who is responsible
The publisher is the Lauby Lures family collection. The site owner keeps their personal name private. Contributors are named only with permission. AI assists with organization and drafting; no independent expert review is claimed unless a specific reviewer and scope are identified on the record.
Evidence and corrections
Contemporary documents, visible photographic details, later recollections and editorial interpretations are identified separately. A submitted identification is a proposal until supported. Corrections should name the record, quote the disputed statement and provide evidence. Material changes are listed in the revision history.
Image and text reuse
No blanket image license is granted. Rights and provenance differ among family photographs, reproduced publications and patent material. Link to individual records and credit the source. For permission to reproduce images or substantial text, use the contact page and identify the exact record and intended use. Access to a downloadable edition does not grant additional reuse rights.
Stable records and dated editions
Record identifiers remain attached to their photographic or documentary subjects. Dated downloadable editions preserve the published record at a stated time. Corrections appear in the current site and in a later edition; the first edition remains available for comparison. Download an edition.
Privacy
Private acquisition information, contact details and unpublished family documents are excluded from public downloads. Only material already published in this archive is included in an edition. Contributors should specify the public credit and permissions they intend to grant.
